While you are signed in, authorized platform administrators can see the customer-portal page you are currently viewing, when your browser was last active, and your recent page-view history. A recent, visible-tab heartbeat is used to show whether an account appears online.

This operational activity feature does not record keystrokes, form values, clicks, message contents, or URL query strings. Page-view history is retained for up to 90 days for support, security, and platform operations.

We may share information with infrastructure, identity, communication, analytics, security, professional-adviser, and transaction-service providers that support the platform. They receive information only for the relevant service and are expected to protect it.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, to investigate misuse, or in connection with a financing, reorganization, sale, or transfer of all or part of the business.

We use essential browser storage and cookies for sessions, security, preferences, and core functionality. Where optional analytics or similar technologies are introduced, we will provide the notice or choice required by applicable law.

We retain information for as long as needed to operate the service, meet legal and recordkeeping duties, prevent abuse, and resolve disputes. Retention periods vary by data type and jurisdiction.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational controls intended to protect information. No system or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
